This luxury ground floor apartment has been newly decorated
and furnished and comprises: - Compact but well
fitted kitchen with quality appliances - electric oven and hob, extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster, bone china crockery
and quality cutlery, an array of beautiful glass wear etc. We have removed the washer/dryer to use the space as an ideal
cubby hole for a pet basket, so laundry services are available instead at Woodside B&B
- A selection of welcome grocery and breakfast packs are available to be pre-ordered
- Bathroom with bath, power shower, sink and loo and fluffy towels

accommodate 3 guests, 32" flat screen Freeview TV and DVD, new for 2012 over 100 channels on Freesat (we got fed
up waiting for the local transmitter to start broadcastinhg the Freeview channels iN this rural location!), radio/CD
- Bedroom - sleeps 2. Wrought iron
double bed with memory foam, to sleep 2. Sumptuously furnished with beautiful linens, quality matresses and contemporary bedroom
furniture.
- A 3rd/4th person can be accommodated on
a quality folding beds placed in the lounge - please notify so we can arrange to have this in place as it is stored outside
the apartment (£25 per bed - recommended for children only)

Double Bedroom - sleeps 2, (a third
person can be accommodated on a quality folding bed in the lounge, by prior arrangement) This inviting bedroom
has a double wrought iron bed with quality matress, memory foam topper and deep pile matress protector. The linen is
gold butterfly silk and cotton with gold accessories. There is a contemporary mirrored wardrobe and co-ordinating chocolate
bedroom furniture - a chest of drawers with over mirror and matching bed side tables and wall art
Fully fitted and kitted Kitchen with
washer/dryer(awaiting delivery), fridge/freezer and electric oven and hob with extractor.
The Lounge and Dining Area is
a bright and sunny room with huge window to soak up the summer sun..... There is a two seater leather sofa and matching
arm chair and these are recliners so you can raise your feet and relax at the touch of a button. The dining suite
is colour coded to match the chocolate, cream and cherry and seats four on comfy chairs. There is also be a coffee table and matching side tables to compliment the
existing wall unit and a cherry fluffy rug. As with the Upper Apartment, there is a plethera of information about the
apartments and tourist information as well as a selection of games. The flat screen TV is 32" and there is also
a DVD player, radio and CD player.
